In a span of 3 business days Austin and Dan facilitated on four deal closings with a total value over $985,000.00. Those deals bring the Year-to-Date Total to just over $3,680,000.00.

- Three-year 1,693 sf office/flex tenant renewal – QA Team represented the Landlord
- Three-year 5,000 sf industrial new lease – QA Team represented the Tenant
- 3,500 sf warehouse purchase in the Warehouse Arts District – QA Team represented the Buyer
