The QA team just closed a 15,000 sf Industrial lease at the Petersburg Commerce Center. The lease is valued at over a half million dollars. Both the landlord and tenant will be spending money improving the space, which had some deferred maintenance items, but was great, functional space. We look forward to much success for the tenant.
